Festive.rocks is an online platform that allows you to create, promote and manage events of any size and type. You can use our platform to sell tickets online, manage your guest list, track your sells and revenue, and communicate with your attendees.

How does festive.rocks work?

To use festive.rocks, you need to create an account on our website. Once you have an account, you can create your event page by providing all the necessary details such as the event name, date, time, location, description, images and videos (See Create Event Section). You can also set up your ticket types and prices, ticket selling period, ticket limit per user, discount codes and other settings (See Sell Tickets Section). After creating your event page, you can start promoting it on social media or other channels to attract attendees. You can also track your sells and revenue in real-time using our tool.

How much does festive.rocks cost?

Festive.rocks offers different pricing plans depending on your needs and budget. We have a free plan that allows you to create open events (events that are publicly accessible for free). Even for paid events, we do not charge anything to the organizer, and rather add an service charges during ticket purchase (paid by the attendee).

How do I create an account on festive.rocks?

To create an account on festive.rocks, simply click (here or in the navigation bar) and provide your name, email address and password. You can also sign your Facebook or Google account.

How do I login to my festive.rocks account?

To log in to your account on festive.rocks, simply click (here or in the navigation bar) and enter your email address and password. You can also log in using your Facebook or Google account.

How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password or need to reset it for any reason, simply go to our window (here or from the Login window) and follow the instructions. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Event Management

How do I create an event on festive.rocks?

To create an event on festive.rocks, simply login to your account and click on the Create Event on the (top-right corner of the screen). Then follow the steps to provide all the necessary details such as the event name, organization, date, time, location, description, and images.

The whole event creation process is divided into 4 steps for your convenience.

Name
Name of the event
Organization
The organization hosting the event. It can be you or the organization you are representing. If you have not created any organization yet, you can also create an organization right there.
Category
The category of the event. It can be a concert, conference, festival, party, workshop, etc.
Start At
The starting date and time of the event.
Location
Various location details such as venue, city etc.
Others
Other information such as event privacy, short link, etc.

Once your event is published, you are ready to sell tickets. You can also email to support@festive.rocks to get a verified badge for your event. Without a verified badge, the event will not appear on our Event Feed page.

How do I sell tickets for my event?

To sell tickets for your event on festive.rocks, simply set up your ticket types and prices when creating your event page. You can add different ticket types such as general admission, VIP passes, or early bird tickets. You can also add different tickets for different sections of your event such as opening or closing ceremonies.

To manage your tickets later, from the you can select Manage Events option and click on the Tickets button on your desired event. Also, from the Manage Events page, you can set up discounts or promo codes. After setting up your ticket section, category and prices, you can start promoting your event page on social media or other channels to attract attendees. Your attendees can then buy tickets online using our secure payment system.

How do I see who has bought tickets for my event?

To view your guest list on festive.rocks, simply log in to your account and from the go to the Manage Events option. There, click on the Guests button of your desired event. Here you can see all the attendees who bought tickets for your event and their details such as name, email address, or ticket type. You can also send emails or messages to your attendees using our communication tools. You can send reminders about the event date or time, updates about the schedule or location changes or thank-you messages after the event.

How do I verify tickets at the event?

To verify tickets at the event, you can use our mobile app or the web-based ticket verification tool. You can download the mobile app from Here. Once you have installed the app, you can log in using your festive.rocks account and scan the QR code on the ticket to verify it.

If your smartphone has a QR code scanner app, you can also use it to scan the QR code on the ticket. It will take you to the ticket verification page on festive.rocks where you can see the ticket details and whether it was already verified or not.

How do I get the sales money from festive.rocks?

Once your event is over, from the , select the Claim Sells Money option. There, you first need to select your organization. This will show the list of claims you created so far and their statuses. Then, you can select the event for which you want to claim the sells money and see the total amount of money you have earned from ticket sells. Then, you can add your bank account details (or reuse the existing one) and click on the Claim button. We will transfer the money to your bank account within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once we approve your claim, and another email once the money is sent to your bank account.

Purchasing Tickets

How do I buy tickets for an event on festive.rocks?

To buy a ticket, go to your desired event. There click on the Get A Ticket button. There, select the number of tickets you want to buy and click Purchase Tickets. You will be asked to confirm the amount of money you are about to pay. Once you confirm, you will be taken to our secure payment system. After completing your payment, you will see your tickets for the event in the Tickets menu. We will also send these tickets to your email address.

Can I get a refund for my tickets?

The refund policy for your tickets is set by the event organizer. You can find the refund policy on the event page. If you have any questions about the refund policy, you can contact the event organizer directly or email us at support@festive.rocks.

Organization Management

How do I create an organization on festive.rocks?

Often you create your first organization while creating your first event. However, you can also create an organization separately. From the select Organizations option in the and clicking on the Add New Organization button. There, you can provide the organization name, description, and logo to create your organization.

How do I add other organizers to my organization?

To add other organizers to your organization, from the select Organizations option in the and click on the Show button in the Organizers field. There, you will find a button to Manage the organizers of your organization. There, you can add other organizers by providing their email address or username. The added organizers will receive an email invitation to join your organization.

You can either add them as an Organizer or as a Collaborator. An organizer can create events and tickets on behalf of the organization. A collaborator can only view the events and tickets created by the organizers. Collaborators are useful for (a) marketing team who needs to see the event details, ticket sells and use of discount/promo code, but do not need to create events, (b) member of partner organizations who need to sells data for transparency.

How do I verify my organization on festive.rocks?

To verify your organization on festive.rocks, you need to email us at support@festive.rocks with any official documents that prove the legitimacy of your organization. Alternatively, you can provide a link to your organization's website or social media page and proof of ownership. Once you provide this information, our team will review it and verify your organization. A verified organization will have a Verified badge on its event pages. This badge increases the trust of the attendees and increases the sells. Once your organization is verified, all your future events will also be automatically verified.
